This pull request updates institutional references and collaboration details to reflect current project leadership and partnerships, primarily shifting the main institutional affiliation from CENIA to Universidad de Chile. It also revises the list and roles of collaborators and updates UI elements to match these changes.

Institutional affiliation and footer updates:

• Changed all references in the Footer component from CENIA to Universidad de Chile, updating both Spanish and English descriptions and the copyright line.

Collaboration and partner display updates:

• Updated the COLLABS array in supported-by-section.tsx to:
  • Make Universidad de Chile the lead institution.
  • Change CENIA’s role to collaborator and update its meta information.
  • Add Unholster as a new collaborator and remove USM and IMFD.
  • Standardize meta fields to localized objects for Spanish and English.
• Updated the grid layout in the supported-by section from five to four columns to match the new number of collaborators.
• Adjusted the display of collaborator meta information to show localized (Spanish/English) text.
